If you do not want to make mistakes while writing your dissertation (thesis) paper, you have to know what mistakes you could have made. You will ask us: “What for should I know it?”. We have an answer for you. In order to avoid mistakes, you have to know what to avoid. If you do not know what you should avoid, how can you avoid it? It is impossible, of course.

So, we decided to inform you about the most frequently made in dissertation (thesis) paper writing mistakes. We attribute to them the following mistakes:

  • The students sometimes choose the topics which are not urgent any more, or trite. Such a topic cannot allow you to write a good dissertation (thesis) paper, because everything is already discovered by other researchers. However, we do not recommend you to choose a topic which is too urgent, because you will fail to find a background material. And, as you are not a very experienced researcher, it will be quite difficult for you to develop such a topic.
  • The students have problems with structuring their dissertation (thesis) papers correctly. So, when you compose an outline of your future paper, you should check in some writing guide or consul with your supervisor if everything is correct.
  • Remember that information contained in your dissertation (thesis) paper should not be plagiarized. It should be your own ideas based on some background material.
  • The topic should be finally discovered, the aim has to be attained, and the tasks are to be completed.
  • The dissertation (thesis) paper should be performed very literately.
